Empty Pockets Reservation Information
- Rates DO NOT include North Carolina sales tax.
- Weekly rates based on occupancy by four persons, shorter stays priced at occupancy by two persons. (Each additional person - $50.00 per night; Call for special pricing for children aged 5 and younger.)
- Two (2) night minimum stay.
- Fifty percent (50%) of rent is due within five (5) days of making reservation. Balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
- A security deposit of $500.00 is due with balance.
- Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival for full refund. A ten percent (10%) cancellation charge on the entire reservation will be deducted from your deposit refund. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival may forfeit deposit.
- Cash, personal checks, or travelers' checks are accepted.
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm - Check-out is at 10:00 am.
- Pets permitted with owner's approval. There may be an additional charge.
- Smoking outside on deck. No smoking indoors.
- Proprietor lives on premises.
- Empty Pockets is open year-round.
